2024i Wrapped

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on what has been an extraordinary transformation year for 24i. Restructuring our company to a product first delivery engine was no easy feat and we have more exciting work to do in 2025. However, the team now at 24i is one that is incredibly collaborative, resilient and supportive of each other and our customers. Personally, I am incredibly grateful for all the work that has gone into shaping 24i before I arrived - what an amazing foundation of customers, partners and technology - thank you!

In 2024 we delivered groundbreaking product launches that solidified our role as a trusted partner in the streaming and media technology landscape. Furthermore, this year has been a testament to the power of innovation,collaboration and end to end productization.

This year was all about pushing boundaries. With streaming services facing increasing complexity—device fragmentation, content discovery challenges, and evolving viewer expectations—24i has been dedicated to providing solutions that simplify and enhance the viewing experience while empowering content providers to thrive.

Innovation and Expansion

The 24i Video Cloud platform underwent significant evolution in 2024, expanding its capabilities beyond OTT and direct-to-consumer (DTC) services to include traditional Pay TV operators. By incorporating features like live TV, catch-up, restart, and synthetic channels, we’ve enabled operators to deliver unified, personalized viewing experiences across all devices.

Personalization and Engagement

AI-driven personalization has been at the core of our advancements this year. Integrating 24iQ into our Backstage CMS has simplified the delivery of relevant recommendations and curated experiences for content providers, without the need for additional tools or integrations. This has resulted in increased viewer engagement and satisfaction, showcasing the power of data-driven personalization.

Simplifying Content Discovery

Combining our Backstage CMS with personalized recommendations has allowed us to combat discovery fatigue effectively. This integration creates seamless, intuitive user experiences across devices and platforms, helping audiences find the content they love more easily.

Rapid Deployments

Time-to-market has been a critical focus in 2024. Our modular approach has enabled us to roll out features and platforms faster than ever, ensuring our customers and partners remain ahead in an increasingly competitive streaming landscape.
