In 2019, 24i became part of Aferian plc (London Stock Exchange: AFRN) alongside our sister company Amino with its long heritage in hardware, software and services for Pay TV and enterprise.

Together we offer an unbeatable combination of software solutions that enable millions of people around the world to connect with the TV and video they love, on any device they choose.

In 2021, we welcomed Scandinavian Pay TV platform specialists Nordija to the 24i family, further strengthening our software and services capabilities. In April 2022, we added advanced data services to our product offering through the acquisition of UK-based recommendations and personalization specialist The Filter.
